In this short time, Barry has quickly risen to become one of the most sought-after electronic artists in the world, and his debut album, "When Will We Land?", released on Ninja Tune in October 2023, won the 2024 Mercury Prize from Charlie XCX, Beth Gibbons, English Teacher, Getz, and The Last Dinner Party. He is one of the rare electronic artists to be nominated for a Mercury Prize, along with Aphex Twin, Near Archives, Brial, Jamie XX, Fred Agean, and Jon Hopkins.Barry's rapid rise continues, with every headlining show he has played in his career to date sold out.
